At Modex, every item is made-to-order — this means your product is freshly crafted after you place your order, not pulled from a dusty warehouse.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, our team gets to work! Orders take 2–3 working days to be created and packed. After that, it’s shipped out and on its way to you.

Delivery Time

From start to finish, your order will deliver in 5–7 working days.

Delays Disclaimer

While we aim for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier disruptions. If that happens, we’ll make sure you’re in the loop.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not currently offer COD, and here’s why:
Our delivery partners charge an extra ₹50 fee for COD, and we don’t want to pass that on to you.
