When Are Refunds Applicable?
We offer refunds only in the case of:

- Wrong Size delivered by us
If your order falls under any of the above, we’ve got your back.
Time Window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

What Happens Next?
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll send you an email confirming we got it.

You’ll be informed whether your refund is approved or declined based on our inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days of returning the product .
